Each passport is valid for one-time admission to all 15 homes and communities on the tour. Single site tickets are available at each home for $5 + tax.

Additional Information:
- No refunds or exchanges on the ticket/passport.
- Ticket required for anyone age 5 and older.
- No bare feet, shoes, strollers or cameras allowed in the homes.
- Please bring stockings; a limited number of shoe covers will be available upon request.
- Tour map is included on ticket.
- Listed home values represent both the market value of the home and the value of the land; although land prices vary widely depending on when the land was purchased, the degree to which site improvements were necessary, and the capital carrying cost until a finished home is constructed.
